We are currently accepting Medicare-B and most private insurance plans.  Physical Therapy benefits are dependent upon the patient's current plan.

Blue Cross Blue Shield - we are not accepting BCBS Ascension plans

Cigna

Medicare-B

United Health Care - we are not accepting any UHC plans purchased from the marketplace (UHC Exchange) or RPPO plans.

**Please note, any UMO/HMO plan requires a referral to be submitted to your insurance company from your Primary Care Physician's office.  Without this specific referral, we cannot treat you.***
